Operations & Supporter Care Coordinator

Location: Meninadança UK office, Baptist Centre, Bishop’s Stortford (with some flexibility for home working)

Hours: Approximately 15 hours (around two days) per week. We are happy to discuss the exact working pattern with the successful candidate.

Salary: £14–£17.50 per hour, depending on experience.

About Meninadança

Meninadança is a UK-registered charity working to protect, support and empower girls aged 10–17 in communities along Brazil’s BR-116, the country’s notorious “exploitation highway”.

Through our network of five Pink Houses, we support more than 300 girls every day, helping them build confidence, fulfil their potential and pursue safer futures, while providing specialist support to those affected by abuse and exploitation.

About the role

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the day-to-day running of Meninadança UK.

As a small charity, no two days are the same. You might be helping organise an event, responding to supporters, processing donations, preparing resources, coordinating volunteers or assisting with the charity’s administration.

You’ll work closely with our trustees, volunteers and colleagues in both the UK and Brazil, helping ensure our UK operations run smoothly while building strong relationships with the supporters who make our work possible.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, enjoys working with people and shares our passion for protecting vulnerable girls.

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work and become part of a passionate, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
