There are numerous ways your company can engage with Meninadança and help build a different future for abused and exploited girls in Brazil. Whatever the size of your organisation, or your capacity to contribute, we’re interested in forming long-term multi-level partnerships which will ensure maximum benefit for both sides. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss:

  • Becoming your charity of the year
  • Regular monthly donations
  • Employee fundraising
  • Pro bono support
  • One of our ‘ownership’ opportunities in Brazil, such as sponsoring a dance group, project or employee, or purchasing equipment or property
  • Any ideas you may have

We can visit your premises to give a presentation of our work, as well as provide interactivity between your employees and our projects. We can work together in maximising opportunities for publicity and media exposure.

Charitable Trusts

We are keen to explore ways charitable trusts, foundations or other grant-giving bodies can help support our work, such as:

  • awarding us an unrestricted grant to allocate to whichever area of our work needs it most
  • specific services or projects
  • salary costs
  • equipment costs

For schools which adopt Meninadança as their chosen charity for a year or more, we can provide educational resources as well as take assemblies and classes. We can also facilitate link-ups with the children in our centres through webchats, exchange of letters etc.

Churches, clubs and societies

Churches, clubs and other groups can partner with us by adopting the charity for a year or more, or through individual members giving monthly or engaging together in fundraising. We will keep in touch with regular news, can provide help and resources for fundraising and can visit to do a presentation of our work.

Creative individuals and companies

We are always looking for creative partners who can help us raise awareness of the largely untold tragedy of child prostitution in rural Brazil. If you have gifts in writing, song-writing, art, poetry, dance, choreography, or other area and want to use them to make a difference, talk to us about joining our ever-expanding group of creative communicators.

Dance Schools

Meninadança has developed a unique partnership programme for dance schools around the world to partner with one of our projects in Brazil. Your school can make a personal contribution to our work and help girls who love to dance, but who desperately need a chance and a fresh start.
